CLC Executes Multiyear Extensions with 29 Collegiate Institutions for Brand Licensing Representation

ATLANTA (July 27, 2026)CLC, the nation’s leading collegiate trademark licensing company and a division of Learfield, has secured multiyear extensions of its agency agreements with 29 partner institutions during the second half of the 2026 fiscal year. During the January 1 – June 30, 2026 time period when these extensions were executed, CLC partner institutions collectively experienced 11% growth in sales of licensed merchandise, while royalties were up 16%.

These recent renewals are highlighted by long-term extensions of 10 years or longer with Georgia Southern University, LSU, UC Berkeley and University of Nebraska – Omaha. In addition to extending its agreement with notable Power 4 institution Florida State University, Purdue University and University of Central Florida, CLC also renewed its longstanding relationships with the Big 12 Conference, the Heisman Trophy, and the Eastern College Athletic Conference.
