Information You Provide Us: Personal information such as your username and password, name, email address, telephone number, physical address or zip code or other information may be collected via the Site and all other channels associated with CLC.

CLC Institutions: We will provide information to CLC Institutions to the extent required by such CLC Institutions as per their licensing arrangements with licensed manufacturers. CLC provides factory site information to certain of the CLC Institutions or their designee(s).
