University of Nevada, Reno Launches New Vintage-Inspired “Wolf Pack Throwback” Merchandise Collection

RENO, Nev. (October 21, 2022) – University of Nevada, Reno, in collaboration with its exclusive trademark licensing agency, CLC, announced today it is celebrating its rich history and tradition through a new “Wolf Pack Throwback” merchandise collection.

Launching in conjunction with this weekend’s Homecoming festivities, the Wolf Pack Throwback program highlights historical trademarks and traditions through fashion-forward apparel in popular vintage-inspired fabrics and styles. The curated collection incorporates popular logos from the 1950s through the 1990s on merchandise from top licensees, including adidas and Blue84.

“Our fans have a strong connection to our University’s great history, and we are excited to leverage this legacy through retro trademarks with the Wolf Pack Throwback Collection,” added Michael Harris, Nevada’s Associate Athletic Director for Revenue Generation & Fan Engagement. “We know our great fans will enjoy the on-trend merchandise as a way to show off their Wolf Pack pride.”

The new Wolf Pack Throwback merchandise collection will be exclusively available at the Nevada Wolf Shop Campus Bookstore and Silver & Blue Outfitters, the official athletic online team store.

“We are excited to collaborate with University of Nevada to deliver this unique merchandise collection that will connect with Wolf Pack fans through best-in-class merchandise,” Ben Emmons, CLC’s VP of Marketing. “The Wolf Pack Throwback program gives the University an avenue to properly merchandise its historic logo through a customized collection that helps tell the story of the school’s rich heritage.”
